About the Speaker
Kevin Kelly is a business strategy and leadership advisor who has built and led organizations through growth, acquisition, and institutional complexity.
As Founder and CEO of Altvia, Kevin led the company from early-stage growth through to a sale to a Denver-based Private Equity firm, working closely with private equity-backed clients and executive teams along the way. His leadership focused on strategy and sales, culture, alignment, and the quality of decision-making inside the organization.
He later served as Chief Information Officer at P10 Holdings (now known as Ridgepost Capital), a publicly traded private capital markets firm, where he operated within a multi-entity investment platform navigating governance, scale, and performance expectations.
Today, Kevin works with CEOs and leadership teams to improve clarity, communication, and accountability inside organizations. His approach blends real operator experience with practical frameworks that help teams move from friction to forward motion.
